Complaints rise

Posted on October 03 2016 at 10:11:05

There had been 54 complaints about noise and smells at Mayfield Farm in Hopwood, since March, Alvechurch Parish Council heard.

District councillor Charlie Hotham told councillors the reason Worcestershire Regulatory Services was monitoring the site was “because of the weight of public opinion”.

He added: “We want as many different people complaining as possible. We need to reinvigorate the people who were complaining ten years ago.

“It is only because of this that we have got to this point.”
