Panto cast

Alvechurch Dramatic Society presents Cinderella, a pantomime by David Cregan and Brian Protheroe.

The panto follows the classic tale of Cinderella’s rise from ragged servant to glittering princess, with the help of the faithful Buttons and her Fairy Godmother.

Come and see whether Cinderella can outwit her unpleasant stepmother Mrs Da Palma and her equally unpleasant stepsisters Lymphida and Cloaca, to win the hand of bachelor Prince Hugo.

With delightful songs and plenty of audience participation (oh yes there is!), the show is perfect for children of all ages…You shall go to the ball!

Performances take place in Alvechurch Village Hall from November 24-26 at 7.30pm, plus a Saturday matinee at 2.30pm.

Tickets are £5 (£4 conc.), available from the Post Office or by calling 0121 447 7071.

Left: Cinderella (Sarah Taylor) and her father, Baron Jones (Paul Bennell) are menaced by the dastardly Da Palma sisters, Cloaca (Sue Resuggan) and Lymphida (Jo Morrall).
