Knitting for funds

Alvechurch’s Knit & Natter group were able to help to three charities after raising money through sales of their knitted goods.

Maureen Evans (second left) presented cheques for £100 to Sarah James, manager of The Lounge café and youth project; Emily Ruston on behalf of Brain Tumour Research; and Anita Sharma-James, chair of the Worcestershire branch of the Motor Neurone Disease Association.
