Saddle up for Wild West panto!

Buckle up and get ready to shout yee-ha – Alvechurch Dramatic Society are headed to the wild Wild West! 

This season’s production is The Good, the Bad and the Panto!, a pantomime by Chris Davies and Paul Chamberlain, and runs at Alvechurch Village Hall from Thurs Nov 24 to Sat Nov 26 at 7.30pm, plus Sat matinee at 2.30pm.

When the Twerp family discover gold out in them there hills, they seem set for life. Only trouble is, the gold is on Indian land, and the dastardly James gang are also on the hunt.

Can the Twerps negotiate a deal with them there Injuns? Will love blossom across the divide? How will those new girls at Miss Kitty’s Saloon Bar work out? Will Calamity Jane live up to her name? 

Will Doc Hadisday ever sober up? What’s that strange bulge under the man with no name’s poncho? Is there a scene involving beans? 

Come along for the answers to all this and more – plus of course all the usual panto fun, not to mention the now-legendary panto bags!
