Cofton Hackett squash star Sam Osborne-Wylde proved he’s at the top of his game by winning the British Junior Squash Championships in the Under 13 age group.

The tournament, held in Manchester, hosted the top 64 players in Britain and Sam won all his matches despite tough opposition from England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

Sam is currently the UK number one and is also ranked number three in Europe for his age group. He is also an England International player and helped his country to victory in the Five Nations championships earlier this year.

Sam has been playing squash since the age of six and is an active member of both Barnt Green Sports Club and Edgbaston Priory Club. He attends Wycliffe College in Gloucestershire, where he has been awarded a squash scholarship.
