Pony ride

This year’s Lickey School and Community Festival was another big success, with plenty of fun for all ages at Lickey Hills Primary School.

Youngsters enjoyed making their own slime and meeting various creatures displayed by the Animal Man, as well as pony rides on the field and various sideshows and games run by school pupils. The children had also set up stalls selling goods from their recent Enterprise project.

Refreshments included a beer and Prosecco tent, WI refreshments, a tuck shop and a hog roast, while other attractions included a tombola, raffle, face painting, and visits from the local police and fire brigade.
