Craft fair

Blackwell’s 38th Craft Fair on Sunday November 5 offers an opportunity to buy sensibly-priced gifts from local craftspeople and small businesses.

The event is open from 10am–4pm at Blackwell Methodist Church Hall, Greenhill, B60 1BL. Entry is 50p (under-16s free) to include a cup of Fairtrade tea, coffee or a soft drink.

Hand-made goods for sale will be Shelagh’s Jams, Cottage Heritage candles, cards by Karena Crafts, Cowbridge silver jewellery, glassware by Jennie Edgington, dried fruit decorations by Panache, gifts by the Happy Crafters, textiles by Pat Davies, soaps by Sue Byfield, and food and gifts from Worcester Friends of Palestine, supporting struggling farmers in that country.

Raffle proceeds will go to ACWW (Associated Country Women of the World), the WI’s international charity.
