Top comedy theatre comes to Lickey

Comedy theatre at its best comes to the Lickey Hills when Kevin Tomlinson brings his Kepow Theatre Company’s production, Crazy Little Thing Called Love, to The Trinity Centre, Old Birmingham Road, Lickey on Saturday March 5 at 7.30pm.

Kevin stars in this completely improvised show which looks at love in all its forms.

He will involve the audience in the action right from the start and much of the show is based on suggestions made by the audience themselves.

Mixing visual storytelling, costumes, acting, well-known song lyrics and a few masks, the show offers a hilarious and heartwarming look at life.

As one review put it: “If you liked ‘Whose Line Is It Anyway’, you’ll love this!”

The event is organised by Lickey Hills Community Theatre, a joint project between Cofton Hackett and Lickey & Blackwell Parish Councils in conjunction with the Shindig/Live and Local programme of professional live performances held in community venues across Worcestershire.

Tickets cost £10 (standard), £9 (over 60) and £8 (under 16) and are available on 0121 447 7455 or 0121 445 2607 (Cofton Hackett) or 0121 445 2802 (Lickey & Blackwell).
