Walk around the meadow

Health & Fitness

On Sun June 5, The Village’s nature diarist Mary Green (0121 445 5957) will lead the monthly Avlechurch Village Society walk.

This will be centred on the ancient Eades Meadow with its wonderful orchids and other wild flowers.

As not everyone can park nearby, please meet at the Jinney Ring Centre (Hanbury) and a few people will be asked to ferry some walkers to the meadow end.

Those who prefer a shorter and easier walk than usual can then take a guided walk around the meadow while others do the usual longer walk, not spending much time in the meadow – and some can do an in-between walk.

Meet at the Jinney Ring car park for a 2.30pm start.
