Community Litter Picking Events
General Events
Two Community Litter Picking Events have been organised by Alvechurch Village Society.
Could you spare a couple of hours to help tidy your village – clearing roads, verges, hedges and pavements of litter? Your help is needed!
The Hopwood Litter Pick is on Sat Oct 14; meet at Penlock Cottage, Ash Lane, Hopwood (contact: Adrian Smith on 07941 508881).
The Alvechurch Litter Pick is Sun Oct 15; meet at 10.30am in the shopping precinct outside The Lounge (contact: Sheila Parsons on 07846 615955).
Just turn up on the day if you can help! All equipment provided; please wear suitable clothing. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
