During the February half term holiday, Alvechurch Library hosts two workshops by Explore Learning, an award-winning maths and English tuition centre whose goal is to build confident, fearless learners.
In “Space Mission” on Mon Feb 19 you can learn all about the universe and everything in it. Stretch your skills to infinity and beyond!
This alien-inspired literacy workshop will help you to crack your creative writing. Ages 8-10, from 2.15 to 3.15pm.
Or are you fascinated by Mother Nature? Join the “Natural Hazards” workshop to find out more about tsunamis, hurricanes, tornadoes and volcanoes, and brush up your research skills.
Age 11+, 3.30 to 4.30pm. No charge for either of these workshops but please book ahead to reserve a place.
