Tardebigge Fair & Show

General Events

Tardebigge Fair & Show will soon be here again to provide a great afternoon’s entertainment and bargains for all the family on Saturday September 9!

This popular traditional country fair opens at 1.30pm, and is held in and around Tardebigge Church, School and Community Hall, just off the A448 between Redditch and Bromsgrove, near the canal tunnel and directly on bus route 43.

Beautiful St Bartholomew’s Church itself hosts the Produce Show which includes flowers, plants, vegetables, preserves, baking, photographs and more.

Anyone (including children) can enter; just bring entries to the church before 11am on the day. Schedules and full information can be picked up at the back of St Bartholomew’s or see the website (

Outside the church, the Fair will include displays of classic cars and motorbikes, local history, music and dance – and there are pony rides, a pets’ corner and a children’s corner for younger visitors.

Refreshments including afternoon tea and hot pork/beef/veggieburger baps will be available throughout the afternoon. Cakes, plants, DVDs, toys, books and bric-à-brac will all be on sale.

There’s also the usual high-quality prize draw (top prizes of cash total £200!), while chocolate and bottle tombolas, together with games of skill like skittles, a coconut shy and crazy golf, all offer lots of opportunities to win prizes.

Miss it and miss out!
