Charity golf day

The third John Bromley Memorial Golf Day was won for the second year running by a team from The Abbey (above) – with the event again being held on their home course.

It was organised by Craig Bromley, of Alvechurch, in memory of his father and raised more than £1,600, to be shared between Macmillan Cancer Support, The Primrose Hospice and Little Hearts Matter.

The individual prize was won by Glen Witherford.
