Deadline for sponsor money

Cyclists who took part in the annual charity towpath ride from Withybed Green, Alvechurch, to Worcester, have been reminded that the deadline for returning their sponsorship money has now passed.

Organiser Peter Joannides said around £3,000 had so far been raised for Acorns Children’s Hospice and he urged all those still to pay to get cheques to him as soon as possible, made out to Acorns. He can be contacted on 0121 445 4022.
