The Orchestra of St John in Bromsgrove is staging its sixth annual MusicFest – a feast of classical music through the ages, featuring four performances over two days.

The four performances are as follows:

Saturday July 22 at 3pm: “Bite-Sized Classics 2” hosted by BBC presenter Michael Collie: The perfect introduction to classical music for young and old (Free entry by ticket only, available from Artrix box office and at http://www.artrix.co.uk)

Saturday July 22 at 7.30pm: ‘Façade’ by William Walton (Tickets £10 in advance from Artrix box office or http://www.artrix.co.uk; or £12 on the door. Accompanied children free)

Sunday July 23 at 10.45am: The Sunday morning service set to Mozart’s Mass in D minor K65

Sunday July 23 at 7.30pm. The 2017 MusicFest Gala Concert (Tickets: £10 in advance from Artrix box office or on line at http://www.artrix.co.uk; or £12 on the door. Accompanied children attend free of charge)

Refreshments at all of the concerts are free, with the opportunity to make a donation if you wish, and Bite-Sized Classics 2 includes a free ice cream or cream tea.
