New Mindful Yoga and Meditation Classes to expand your awareness and skill, making you feel more connected, rested and energised.
In Mindful Yoga (7– 8.15pm) you learn how to tune into your breath and body, gently stretching and strengthening as your mind calms.
In Mindful Meditation (8.30–9.15pm) you learn how to settle your mind, focus your attention, and step back from difficult thoughts and emotions.
Both classes take place on Monday nights from Sep 12 at Blackwell First School. All abilities welcome.
