Second defibrillator for village

Posted on November 27 2017 at 2:28:21

Barnt Green parish councillors agreed to contribute £200 towards the cost of a defibrillator at the village’s social club.

Members are raising funds for the equipment and have almost reached their target with a golf day, a quiz night and an anonymous donation.

There is already a defibrillator at Barnt Green Post Office, so both ends of the village will soon be covered.

Coun Phil Perry said: “£200 to save a life – it’s a no-brainer.”
